The home builders in this neighborhood include Dublin Homes, Westport Homes, Eastwood Homes and The Edwards Building Group. Perks for Crismark include two swimming pool areas, a club house in addition to tennis courts, and kid’s playground area.

Just down the street from Crismark is the well known development of Bent Creek. This neighborhood, much like Crismark, has been a top rated seller from its introduction, and continues to be so these days. Bent Creek home owners enjoy a pool area, clubhouse along with walking paths, with miniature lakes throughout the subdivision. The real estate selling prices in Bent Creek are priced between $125K-$200K with an average heated living space which is between 1500 and 2800 square feet.

Crismark and Bent Creek homeowners have public schools offered here, are; Hemby Bridge Elementary, Porter Ridge Middle school and Porter Ridge High School.
